    Cardio routines include popular fitness routines like Tabat, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), 7-minute workout, Vo2 max and Zone 2 training workouts.

    Strength routines include equipment specific and equipment free workouts. Popular strength routines include 5×5 variations, Mad Cow, and routines that blend movements like push-ups. pull-ups, and squats.

    You can follow or customize any existing fitness plan.

  • Your progress is tracked automatically anytime you complete a routine based on the information you input.

    We collect other health data from your smart watch or fitness tracker with your permission only. This extra data can help establish progress towards your goals like improving your resting heart rate, Vo2 max, and Zone 2 cardio.
